Who can invite a supplier?
Any customer can invite a supplier to set up a profile on the platform.
How can my suppliers restrict access to confidential information about their supply chain?
All organizations on the platform have control over what information is made publicly available, is shared with a group or individual, and what information is private.
What reporting capabilities are available on the AuditOne platform to gain insight into industry information?
The AuditOne platform has robust reporting capabilities via a BI (Business Intelligence) tool enabling you to create reports on virtually any parameter. This capability will be available as the program and platform expands.
How does the platform validate audit certificates?
The authentication service provides for validation via the standards organization or, in the case of government documents, other authorities who have the ability to validate.
What is the process to bring suppliers onto the platform?
Organizations have the ability to invite suppliers to join the AuditOne platform. This can be done individually, or in bulk using our bulk upload template.
Can other departments within my organization have access to the AuditOne platform?
Each organization can invite an unlimited number of users at no cost.
How do tier 2 and beyond suppliers get added into my supply chain dashboard?
Suppliers have the ability to invite their supply chain to the platform. Each supplier designates the product they are providing. These products are matched to the relevant supply chain and will appear on the relevant dashboard.
Is there a way to integrate our internal historical data about supplier audits?
Yes. The platform has integration options with your organization’s historical data.
How does the AuditOne platform keep company data up to date?
Each organization is responsible for updating their information.
Will digital CAPA capability be available?
As of now, CAPA documents can be posted on the platform. In the near future (2017), they will be available digitally as we roll out the mobile audit platform.
Does the brand owner see the supplier’s audits?
That is in your control, you can grant access or not. Having a supplier compliance program is expected. This platform will make managing this element of your supplier chain much easier.
Is the audit result visible to all? So am I able to look up all my suppliers? But in this case, also see what my competitors are doing?
No, as the supplier, you have total control over who sees your audit. AuditOne is an open data sharing platform that will link brand owners, suppliers, certification bodies and standards organizations. Competitors cannot view anther suppliers audit reports, posted date, audit follow-up items.
The question is that Unilever and P&G are competitors and is there a conflict as they can use information against the supplier to push for more aggressive offers?
The AuditOne program is focused only on cGMP compliance. There is no cost to utilize the platform. All data is confidential, competing customers will have no idea who else is working with a supplier. The documents tab is secure. Tests have been done to prove the platform’s security. Suppliers can designate who has access to documents. Suppliers have control over what is uploaded to the platform and who has access to it.
